插件作用：
智能施法，感觉是autobuff的进化～ 相当不错的插件，除了可以给自身施法外，还可预先设定方案，自动的给队伍，以及团队中其他小队施法，从而大大降低刷BUFF的时间和动作...使副本刷BUFF不在成为“恶梦”～
触发技能的方式有两种：鼠标滚轴的变化、目标的改变
命令：/sbm 、/sdb调出设置窗口 或者通过点击插件按钮
命令行： /sb & /smartbuff 、、/sdb
提示：插件按钮可以按鼠标右键拖动至满意的地方～提示字体大小，可以通过设置窗口设定大小。
